Full breakfasts are usually only served on weekends, but continental food and drink is available during the week. The Grill, by the way, has DELICIOUS food and great drinks. The entire staff is first-rate, from the servers at The Grill to the starters, and even the grounds crew were polite, friendly, and accommodating as they prepped the course for overseeding (the course closes for two weeks at Labor Day to install Rye to get through the cooler months). After an unplanned taxi ride from the airport to the course, the General Manager and Assistant Pro came out to meet us and absolutely rolled out the red carpet. I booked a round with my wife to be the first activity after we got off the plane, and the only hiccup surrounded transportation to/from the course.
Mountain views are visible from almost every hole, and the desert-scape terrain around beautifully-manicured fairways and greens is stunning. Located just outside the Vegas city limit in Henderson, The Legacy is a short cab ride from the airport or The Strip, and the Par-72 course is absolutely beautiful.
